A recent agreement grants Innowave & Waterlogic exclusive rights to the use of BioCote®’s anti-microbial silver-based technology in Point-Of-Use (POU) water purification products.
BioCote® protects the plastic surfaces surrounding the dispensing areas of POU units, acting as a second line of defense against germs & bacteria, further upgrading hygienic parameters for Aquaprix Waterlogic products.
BioCote®’s anti-microbial solution is WRAS approved and inhibits the growth of micro-organisms by utilizing silver ions, which act as a natural anti-microbial agent. The silver ions are added to Waterlogic products at the manufacturing stage, resulting in an active concentration of silver ions on the surface of the product.
