When Chaz Chau, an AquaPrix Sales Representative, called on some of the Kimpton Group Hotels, she found common needs and concerns. Each hotel was uniquely charismatic but all shared two common concerns. First, the infrastructure in the charming older buildings was deteriorating causing worries about the quality of tap water. Chaz knew that education on the the benefits of distilled water was going to be the first challenge to overcome. After education was in place, hotels like the Sir Francis Drake, the Clift and the Sheraton discovered that there weren’t any bottles to lift and store and understood why distilled water is the safest to provide for employees, the change was easy. Other San Francisco hotels like the Clarion Bedford and the Serrano believed that bottled water was the safest alternative. After the innowave 270® systems were installed, the employees were hooked.
